Coconut Husk Chips are naturally high in salts. They are only considered “low EC” (Electrical Conductivity) after being thoroughly washed and rinsed with fresh water multiple times to leach out excess minerals, followed by a stabilizing process to ensure the medium is safe for plants. - How long do Coconut Husk Chips last?
